About

I discovered life coaching almost 20 years ago when I was in an unhealthy, unworkable situation, bringing me to tears many days a week. I am forever grateful for Brian Shaul helping me navigate the steps I took to resolve the situation and move into healthier, happier times in my life! I’m also grateful to now get to coach people who need support in moving to better places in their lives, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and even physically!

I confess that I am a personal growth junkie, as I love becoming more emotionally healthy and aware, learning new things and improving relationships, even though I still can get scared.

I grew up on a ranch in Wyoming in the 1950s and 60s, with my parents and a younger sister. I still love wide open spaces with sagebrush, cattle and horses, even though I now live with my husband, the love of my life, next to my Creator, in the foothills of a ski resort. I have three grown children and 6 grandchildren, along with my husband’s 11 grandchildren. Thankfully many of our family members are no more than a state away. However, I love traveling, so enjoy driving or flying to see the more distant children and grandchildren, his and mine.

I always get excited when I get to be instrumental in encouraging an individual to live out their dreams, by affirming their feelings and desires, asking clarifying questions and possibly pointing out inconsistencies in their thinking.

I work hard to avoid telling anyone what they should do, as coaching is about you making your own discovery. I can’t give a person an “ah-ha”, as they need to come to their “aha” themselves to begin to make real changes..

I am a Christian Life Coach and find God’s help extremely valuable in all areas of my life, but especially in inspiring and encouraging people to grow healthier and more secure in who they are.

I am a Certified Life Breakthrough Coach and Advanced Level Coach.
