What Coaching Is And Isn’t

Helping my clients by coming alongside them to promote clarity is my focus since confusion hinders forward movement. A great results coach helps her clients go from where they are to where they want to be, facilitating their growth and change, asking strategic questions without giving advice. I’m always thinking of questions to help my client think around the corner, outside the box, beyond the obstacle, helping you gain clarity in how to build the future you want.

A coach does not delve into your past or seek to heal childhood trauma. I do not mentor people to become like me. Coaching is not a place to look for expertise to solve your problems.

With thought provoking questions to cause you to look at your desires and fears from different angles, your mind will open to new possibilities. We will be using a method that I have been certified in.

Results coaches ask questions, because as Henry Cloud says, “When you give advice, the brain is basically asleep. If you engage them and ask questions that help them come to their own insights, it comes alive.”

I can help you the most when you are honest and transparent. Keeping our sessions confidential and non-judgmental is of utmost importance to me.
